مطلوب موظف للعمل في شركة كرستل في قسم ضبط الجودة بخبرة سنه واحده


Crystel is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the team!
 
As a QA Analyst you will;
 
- Ensure agents are providing excellent customer service according to the implemented standards and etiquette.
- Ensure agents are providing accurate information in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide coaching, feedback and assistance to agents to make sure they understand and implement current and new policies and procedures for quality.
- Monitor and evaluate agents performance continuously.
- Prepare performance reports. 
 
Position requirements;
 
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in Contact Center field.
- Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
- Ability to deal effectively and patiently in a positive attitude.
- Excellent motivator.
- Problem analysis and solving skills.
