Senior Support Engineer:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or relevant field
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer support
· Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
· Well-organized and detail-oriented mind-set.
· Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
· Excellent Management Skills
· Ability to learn new businesses, systems and technologies
· Ability to provide step-by-step technical help; both written and verbal
· Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
· Very good command of both Arabic and English languages
· Sufficient knowledge in SQL is a plus
