Job Description:

• Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the position to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
• Ensures the implementation of all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provides safety training for Hikma employees in order to minimize work related injuries and detect system vulnerabilities.
• Engages in fire prevention and fire fighting activities such as maintaining firefighting equipment in order to conduct fire prevention inspections and coordinate mutual fire protection plans.
• Documents and follows up on all work-related injuries in order to report all cases to the concerned authority.
• Upholds compliance with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to foster a culture of that promotes a healthy and safe work environment.

 

Education:

BSc of Industrial Engineering or other Engineering relevant major. 

Plus:

• OSHA, NEBOSH or IRCA certification or equivalent.
• Certified as Safety Specialist by the Jordanian Ministry of Labor.

 

Experience:

0 - 3 years in relevant field.
