Responsibilities and Duties:


Manage Renewals of Support Contracts

  • Understanding all our Support contracts, technologies, and clients.
  • Meeting with clients to assess any changes in the Bill of Material (devices to be covered in the support agreement).
  • Working with the technical team to ensure the best proposed type of support (Local/Back-to-Back).
  • Preparing proposals for the renewal of contracts when needed.
  • Following up with the clients on the renewals.
  • Managing logistics, such as getting P.O. and preparing agreement drafts.
  • Ensuring that the deals are logged on the CRM.
  • Following up to ensure closure on all fronts; P.O., agreement, CRM, and vendor back-to-back agreement when needed.


Manage Professional Services Opportunities.

  • Preparing proposals for Professional Service Requests when needed.
  • Working with the technical team to ensure capability of performing projects.
  • Following up with clients to ensure all logistics are taken care of such as the P.O. agreement, and project start from the technical team.


Business Development & Account Management

  • Proactively gather and assesses client needs, both business and technical.
  • Research and identify new support & maintenance opportunities, generate leads and work with Services’ team members and Account Manager to drive to closure.
  • Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with internal team members and the Account managers.
  • Write business, technical, and financial proposals and provide documentation to clients as required.
  • Stay current on industry trends and new technologies and recommend future initiatives.


Manage Vendor Back-to-Back Agreements

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable pricing.
  • Request quotations from vendors for Back-to-Back Support.
  • Follow up on such requests and close them.
  • Obtain quotations and agreements from the vendors, sign and stamp, and deliver back to the client.


Marketing Activities and Technology briefing

  • Participate in marketing activities (events, press, workshops, and Demos) when requested or needed.


Certification

  • Work on attaining both Sales and Technical certifications to ensure higher competency from both a sales perspective and a technical perspective.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, or any related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT sales or pre-sales.
  • Very Good command of both English & Arabic languages (writing, reading & conversation)
  • Very good in Mathematics
  • Has Sales/Pre-Sales background
  • Knowledge in any of the vendors’ portals (added bonus).
  • Knowledge in IT pricing (added bonus).
